Bring your next corporate event to the water.  Enhance your next meeting with Nautic Sailing School’s “Company Regatta”™.  Imagine your very own company regatta; it is the catalyst for team success in achieving shared goals.

You do not need sailing experience to enjoy and learn from our team building events.  We will provide you with experienced skippers and captains, professional teambuilding consultant/facilitators, and food and refreshments that suit your needs.

You may want to just have some inter- or intra-departmental fun, reward your staff, or have a relaxing afternoon with colleagues or clients away from the usual business environment.  Our program is a creatively structured four-hour event that may feature, if you choose, a regatta, or raft-up flotilla.

Our Typical Schedule 11:00- 4:00

·       Starts dockside with welcome orientation, program overview and team building concepts highlighted by sailing

·       Teams define goals with sailing staff facilitating program

·       Sailing coaches conduct classroom session on sailing basics (30 minutes)

·       Dockside session familiarizes teams with their boats, basic sailing maneuvers and sail handling (30 minutes)

·       On-water hands-on instruction (1-1/2 hours)

·       Races and exercises to test team interaction (1-1/2 hours)

·       Return to dock for final debriefing (30 minutes)

·       Awards can be pre-arranged for a festive ending with our “Reggae” Dock Party or group dinner at the Kemah Boardwalk
